As your therapist, I offer the highest degree of care and professionalism in a safe and peaceful environment, allowing for a deeply restful and restorative session. My experience and certifications span three decades and I continue to find joy in the ever-unfolding mystery of the human body-mind-spirit on a daily basis.

The foundation of my work is based in a belief that you are the healer. As the therapist, I am there to hold space for each individual, thereby allowing the experience of remembering your own abilities of self healing, returning you to a place of personal power and innate wisdom.

I have specialized training in Shamanic Healing and Guidance, Polarity Therapy with a focus on Somatics and Energy Balancing and advanced techniques in Massage and Bodywork.  These techniques are integrated into each unique session through applied science and intuition. They are effective for mental and physical fatigue, pain and stress management, anxiety, depression and energetic/emotional imbalances.
